I'm a former yoga teacher and energy worker, former resident of the Kripalu Center for yoga and Health, currently engaged in heart-opening practices (Open Heart Sanctuary) . I'm a student of ACIM., lately experimenting with 12-step work. I'm a poet and mystic. I have been on a path of spiritual growth of 30 years.
