Barbara, welcome to Fairview! Yes, the Sat & Sun all day will be at my house. 21 Oakmont Dr Fairview 28730. I am directly across hwy 74-A from the new coffee shop "Mountain Mojo". The Frday night will be at Town & Mountain Training Center at 261 Asheland Ave downtown. I have several wooden cane back chairs that should be comfortable for you. Most people sit on a chair for these retreats. Food, bring a lacto-vegetarian dish. I'm not taking a list, so just bring whatever feels right. :) I look forward to seeing you!

"Find the voice of love, the voice of full heart, the voice of openness, softness and incredible vulnerability that lives in you that perhaps you are not sure the world can take because it is so beautiful, and let the world hear that voice -- even if it's one word that you utter."
