About Me
Born and raised in New York State, more specifically, the Catskill Mountains and loved it there. Been living in the Bay Area, CA for 30+ years and loved it there too. Recently relocated to Asheville and am starting to love it here also. I have a CA license in Marriage and Family Therapy. Looking for a welcoming spiritual community to: share my interests in: mindful awareness; authenticity; kindness and compassion; attend Kirtans. I am not a practicing Buddhist, however I am drawn to Buddhist teachings and value the contributions of Thich Nhat Hanh, Ram Dass, Krishna Das, and many other spiritual teachers.
