About Me

I've been enjoying Asheville for the last 4 yrs. So glad to find this site that coordinates the spiritual learning opportunities Asheville offers (big reason for moving here!) I've studied with wonderful teachers: Sant Ajaib Singh, Gary Zukav, Byron Katie, Abraham-Hicks. I blend these teachings with others I've been reading Eckhart Tolle, Pema Chodron, Don Miguel Ruiz. I like personalizing my journey, not tied to just one but taking the pieces that work right for me and go from there. I'm a life coach trained by Martha Beck and a NLP Practitioner. My personal growth discoveries led me to coaching. I also create accessories using in upcycled fabric. I've been a vegetarian for 35 years and raised 2 vegetarian children.
