About Me
My adventures in consciousness began with my discovery of energy medicine and study of acupuncture. I had an incredible experience during the beautiful birth of my now six-year-old daughter. I am an acupuncturist and herbalist practicing in Asheville and my meditation practice is constantly evolving and includes honing my Qi Gong. I am thrilled to find this community and look forward to getting to know you all.
