About Me

I am. I have been a follower of Mata Amritanandamayi since 1994, as well as practicing Lightbody Meditations and attending Luminessence's seminars since 1996. I have pursued various other avenues, including The Way of Mastery, Mashhur Anam's Holographic Consciousness, William Linville's Universalis teachings, and my favorite, attending the Buddha Relics. I have also had the immense blessing of Karunamayi's teachings and the 10 day Ati Rudram that took place in Atlanta last May. As a retired RN, I now am exploring the newest technologies - PEMF, Low Level Laser, Scenar and Cosmodic therapy.
