About Me

I am, what more can I say? I had once sought to know who I was, because I was sorely troubled that I didn’t know. I felt it was essential to my happiness and purpose in life. What I found was quite surprising, that I had been taking myself to be an idea, and that what I am, is what’s aware of these ideas being developed in thought. I had been caught up in believing a story about myself, a story which held me in it’s grip for thirty years, until I saw it as it was, a made up story. I was always free, as we all,are, and just didn’t recognize this most fundamental truth of our experience.
