About Me

I am an American who has lived in India and Nepal for over twenty years. I spent six years with H.W.L.Poonjaji (Papaji), one of the three main disciples of Sri Ramana Maharshi, in Lucknow. He gave me the spiritual name Laxmi. A year after his passing, through auspicious coincidence, I met a Vajrayana master of the Tibetan Nyingma tradition that I have been with for 13 years. I am mostly known for my books on Reiki, Alternative Health, and Non-Dual Awareness;also for my five day Jnana Yoga retreats..
