About Me
What a journey this has been; the process of striving, seeking, and trying to live in conscious recognition never ends. Good thing, though. Life has graced me by pulling the rug out from under my erroneous beliefs and many egoic stances again and again. I presently teach and hold retreats for Chinese medical professionals in its Taoist origin... and am acutely aware of the irony that those who teach don't know.
