About Me
I started practicing Zen Buddhism in 1971, and now am more eclectic in my self realization studies. I've been teaching for 7 years in the Zen tradition, have a wife and 2 young kids in Rutherford county. I'm now retired, I also like working out, writing, reading, outdoor activities with the kids, etc.

Enlightenment is nothing, (no-thing), but the aliveness of nothing saturates everything. Spirit is totally and unconditionally commited to our oneness with it, but there's no committment to our personal stories turning out the way we want them to.
