I have the great privilege of being the leader of the Asheville Insight Meditation sangha - which consists of a wonderful group of spiritual practitioners who are dedicated to living awakened lives. All are welcome to drop-in and join us for any Tuesday evening and/or Sunday morning sessions. I am passionate about living my life with full presence and an open and loving heart.
