I've explored lots of different spiritual teachers, teachings, and perspectives over the years, but primarily I've been involved with the Diamond Approach for over twenty years.
The key for me has been to be curious, open, allowing, and loving towards whatever experience brings, then see what happens next. What an adventure and mystery we're a part of in this journey we call life!
