I highly recommend you check out the teacher named Mooji. He has hundreds of videos available for free, but this is one that might be a good place to start - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7bOwDH4XCY&t=44s. I have studied many teachers over the last dozen years or so, and he has become one of my favorites.
