We welcome you to join us for this very special offering of mind, body and spirit, a deep drink into true nature. We will open to what arises and deepens in Satsang and extending it into the silent depths of our being in gentle Presence Yoga. Alaya loves to describe this yoga as a sacred melting into the ground bodywork that naturally softens and opens body energy for integration. Everything is already here for our awakening in our ordinary day to day lives and retreat can be fertile ground for inquiry, resting and  returning us to our natural presence, alive and free.

"When we are in the experience of separation and are drawn to Satsang, this sacred meeting in Truth, we feel presence and unconditonal love to finally slow down and honor what is arising, whatever may need to may come for healing. What is unmet, untouched, unconscious and unloved within arising from holding into openess. Openness as our true nature is what we truly yearn for and organically softens the false structures of the mind and the holding of pain and suffering in our Being. But first we must take the invitation to gently slow down, opening to what needs our love. The Guarded heart opens as the Unguarded Heart heals, as the Abiding Heart we are finally home." -Alaya

Thoughts from Past Retreat Attendee:

"Each time I enter a retreat with Alaya and Corrine there is a wonderful sense of relief and excitement for the magic that is about to unfold. And each time I leave retreat, I am sad for it to end because I long to stay in the magic created there just a bit longer... the special space for us each to explore our true nature and to just be without all the outside noise. I always leave with a deeper connection to myself, the world and the knowing within. The pairing of Satsang and Presence Yoga is nothing like I have experienced before. It allows space to nourish both the body and the soul, while simultaneously prepping us each to go deeper within"
