  • Location: W. Asheville Library,
  • Latest Activity: Jul 15

A group of us are founding the Academy of Lightworkers - a holistic multi-modality center on the same scale as today's hospitals and universities

Academy Mission statement

  • To raise consciousness in Asheville and around the globe, through multi-modality holistic healing and learning in an environment of cooperation and collaboration among solo-preneurs and individual groups of practitioners.

 Long term Vision Concepts

These give a broad view of eventual possibilities (the short term will be focused on practical achievable goals):

  • A place for holistic multi-modalities for learning, healing and researching higher consciousness
    • A holistic healing complimentary to Mission hospital
    • Multi-modality teaching center for students to expand their breadth of understanding
    • Research in the expansion of consciousness
  • A marketing group creating new clients for holistic practitioners: For example:
    • Representing the Asheville holistic community to the rest of the globe
    • Holistic tourism through encouraging people to visit the Academy for residential multi-modality retreats.
  • A retreat center, a sacred space, for leaders to regenerate and re-create
  • Emphasis on human well-being rather than planetary well-being (although ecology concerns would naturally be congruent with the consciousness principles)
  • An intentional residential community to support all of the above
  • An integration of spirituality in business

Cost

Bring your enthusiasm (and your friends) … and be prepared to take more away than you brought!
