Come join us at the Awakening Practice Group Meeting, featuring the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and others. Each meeting begins with a guided meditation, followed by listening to an Eckhart Tolle recording. We then have time for people to discuss things that have come up for them while listening or reading or practicing if they feel so moved. Emphasis is on putting words and pointers into action through meditation and discussion.
The group meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at Insight Counseling, 25 Orange St., Asheville, NC. We hope to see you there, and please pass along the information to anyone you think might be interested.

This coming Wednesday (12/12/12) is the last meeting of the Awakening Practices Group for 2012. We will resume again on Wednesday, January 9th, assuming that the world doesn't end later this month ;) If you haven't attended the group before, you should come check it out just in case the opportunity doesn't arise again. What better way to spend your your last tri-numeral day than with your fellow travelers.
