Bentinho has come from Boulder, CO to Be with us and facilitate an 8 day residence retreat at Sanctuary In The Pines in Flat Rock. March 1-8.

Facilitators will be available to hold space for group activities and to aid and assist participants throughout the retreat. These include Bentinho himself, Ash Ruiz, Amana (Aile Shebar) and Pete James. In addition, there are talks/ Q & A led by Ash Ruiz; Aile Shebar will be sharing a full Writing from the Heart™ session; morning movement sessions and nature walks; silent periods for resting and inquiry; music and evening fun... all at the retreat!
