Discovering the essence of Buddhist teaching. To be wholeheartedly present is to be open to the Universe unfolding in the present moment - through gardening a flower, witnessing a sunset, caring for a child, being wholeheartedly present with the person standing in front of you, being fully with the activity you are doing, fully embracing the difficulty you are struggling with, fully being your own deepest Being Love Offering.
