Special for this morning meeting only

Usual format with an extra exercise this time.  I have been asked to share a process for "Disavowing vows":  Vows may be left over from past lives.  They can be the usual ones of poverty, chastity and the like, or they may take the form of “Never again!” about something, usually in response to something that got us killed in a previous life.  Either way, if they are still active they may be getting in the way of what we are trying to do in this lifetime. It's quick (10 minutes) and easy but I credit it with having changed my life.  Come and find out more!

... and now for my standard introduction to the group:

Do you pick up energy from other people?
Were you described as “over-sensitive” as a child?
Do you avoid crowds?
Do you sense when someone is not telling the truth?
Do you experience emotions for reasons that you often don’t understand and can’t control?
Do you want to master the abilities you know you have but which you hide from the mainstream world around you?

If you are a newbie empath, join us to meet others like yourself and learn different ways of coping with this wonderful gift (really! It IS an asset not a liability)

If you are an established empath, come share what you have learned with others. Help mentor and maybe learn something new along the way.

This is a friendly, safe, fun environment to experience some of the core of what Asheville has to offer ... personally, I love this town. It's the first place I've lived that makes me feel mainstream :-)

Feel free to join us for both the monthly morning and evening meetings.
Looking forward to seeing everybody.

Parking: The West Asheville Baptist Church next door can be used for overflow parking if required. On the other side of the library, on Clinton Ave, there is a parking lot for a small recreation park that is also a short distance away.
