Dearest Beloved,
This invitation is to stop! Drink deeply from source, your true nature. Opening gently Here, simply to what arises. Here we organically heal from our fundamental source of suffering, the experience of separation.
Our nature has no desire to maintain this separation, it takes tremendous energy to turn away from this moment over and over, to stay separate. The energy we give to turn away from present moment, saying “no” to life as it is naturally appearing, ultimately creates all the suffering in our life and world.
The medicine to heal is found in tenderness, our Unguarded heart, this is where we are connected to our source energy, open flowing, loving.
Our natural being is alive and free! This energy that is always arising here now is sacred. I bow to you in service my Beloved and this sacred meeting in retreat.
