In this retreat, Nataraj will share how this simple practice opens the way to real inner stillness, clarity, and loving presence. Through teachings, guided practice, and silent sitting, we’ll explore what it means to see from the heart and to allow that gaze to reveal essence of non-dual awareness.
The Heart is the profound nexus of devotion, the very pulse of pure, nondual Consciousness. Your heart, paradoxically, embodies both the fullness of all existence and the void of nothingness, seamlessly merging the path of devotion with the essence of nondual awareness.
This sacred Heart is the divine womb from which all manifest reality springs forth, serving as the ultimate source-point of both creation and liberation. Far beyond a mere meditative focus, it is the direct seat of Divine Presence.
Here, the Heart transcends physical location, revealing itself as the centerless center—the luminous awareness in which all phenomena spontaneously arise and dissolve. To "abide in the Heart" is to rest in non-conceptual presence, beyond the confines of duality.
Within this expansive Heart, form and emptiness, compassion and wisdom converge, offering a potent locus for direct realization. We will engage in simple practices to guide energy into the heart, facilitating the dissolution of dualistic perception into luminous emptiness.
