Our second monthly meeting of 2017 examining the question "What do I need to be a successful leader?" We will be focusing on finding, refining and articulating your vision. Come with your elevator speech that describes your vision for where you want your future self to be (optional, but recommended for you to maximise what you get out of the evening).
This is a support group for leaders and that means YOU. It may be about you leading many people or, for now, it may be about leading one person, yourself, down the path towards your dreams and passions.
2017 is asking us to follow our dreams. If you are frustrated with what you see in the world around you, it is time to own your vision and share it with the world.
Are you in touch with your vision? Do you know what it is and need bring it out in the world? WE ARE NOT MEANT TO BE WORKING ALONE. Let's work together so that we can enliven the world.
The old models of competitive, hierarchical resource management are dying. The new models of collaborative, consensus leadership are opening up. Join us to explore the possibilities; come learn! come share!
Come and fill in the details that are standing between you and changing the world.
Doors open at 6:00 for a 6:30 start.
The main library doors will be closed. Walk to the right of the front door and you'll see a second entrance with glass double doors ... we're in there, to the right. Parking:
The West Asheville Baptist Church next door can be used for overflow parking if required. On the other side of the library, on Clinton Ave, there is a parking lot for a small recreation park that is a short walk away.
