The Dreamer Dreams
Join Karen Klein and friends for an extensive workshop of lucid dreaming. Sunday, June 7, 2015 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
24 Glade Lane Black Mountain NC in the home of Jan and Charley Sheaffer.
Techniques will be explored to induce this valuable
practice including hands-on art activities with “dream mapping” to
communicate with our dream bodies. Discussions will center on using
“markers”, the phenomena in our dreams that jolt us into “waking up”.
We will also explore journaling techniques, Tibetan Dream Yoga, and
“travel tips” to navigate this fertile terrain.
Karen Klein is an artist and who has explored lucid dreaming her entire
life. She has been published in LDE, a lucid dreaming online journal.
Tuition (includes artist materials) is $80.00
Please bring a bag lunch. Water, coffee, and tea will be provided.
Comfortable clothing for meditating and art is encouraged.
