This grand celebration to launch MEDITATE AMERICA will feature Dr. Tony Nader, Hugh Jackman, Maria Shriver, and the US Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy. The event will be live streamed globally for free.

MEDITATE AMERICA is a nationwide public awareness campaign, sponsored by the David Lynch Foundation, to educate everyone in the country about the profound health benefits of meditation.

The campaign aims to combat America’s stress epidemic: according to a 2024 study commissioned by the American Psychological Association, nearly 50% of American adults report feeling more stressed out than ever, and the numbers are soaring.

The celebration will showcase the remarkable achievements in recent years of bringing Transcendental Meditation to frontline healthcare workers, police and firefighters, veterans, and women survivors of violence. It will also highlight the significant steps of progress towards achieving a major goal of MEDITATE AMERICA — incorporating TM into the US healthcare system, with the training funded by health insurance.

If you can't make it to the Asheville TM Center on September 12, 7:30 PM, please watch the global live stream at 7:45 PM.

Join us for this joyous event to improve the collective health and promote harmony in our community and the nation.

Wishing you all the best,

Tom and Jeanne Ball
