The Asheville School of Massage and Yoga, will continue a monthly meditation group on the first Sunday of every month at 6:30 PM. You are invited to join us.

The goal of this meditation group is to enjoy the benefits of silent group meditation for at least one hour every month.

This group meditation session is intended for intermediate to advanced meditators. Or for individuals who can sit quietly, intently, for an hour who would like to become intermediate to advanced meditators.

The session is on a donation basis. Invite your friends, colleagues and family who want to make the most of their meditation practices.  Let me know if you are coming, and if you prefer a chair, or a floor cushion.
