What would it feel like to be spontaneously open, loving, generous, and fearless? Buddhism teaches that these are the natural qualities of the heart that emerge from the cultivation of loving-kindness and compassion. With the support of beautiful surroundings, good companions, and profound teachings from the Theravada and Tibetan Buddhist traditions, we will cultivate these ancient practices of healing and protection.
