Yasmin is a senior mentor for the Dances of Universal Peace and a Sheikha with the Sufi Ruhaniat International. Yasmin believes that the Message of Unity is the key to our happiness. By becoming fully human, embracing our senses, and by dissolving ideas and ideals that separate, we fashion the more beautiful world our heart desires.
Using the Dances of Universal Peace along with short periods of sittng meditation, we will probe ways that our inner and outer worlds can be refocused and illuminated. The swing of breath, activity and stillness, sound and silence, are doors into the micro/macrocosm of our lives. Music, movement and stillness can launch a new awareness, new solutions and a deeper sense of belonging in community. Come explore with us!
