I am about to begin a new class on Primordial Qi Gong. This is a particular form of Qi Gong that collects chi, or energy, from the four cardinal directions, from Earth, Sun, Moon, Cosmos, and from Wuji, the Primordial, Source. It is a form that is easy to do, and leaves me feeling "yumm!"We begin tomorrow morning for 5 Wednesdays. The cost is $50, but you can self select the money, if you can't afford the fee.
