We meet bi-monthly on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays.
We begin at 6:30pm with a 30 minute meditation with sacred sound bath played on large crystal bowls. At 7pm, Tammy guides inspiring experiences and discussions on topics related to Awakening Consciousness and Spiritual Nourishment.
