Meditation is a great way to start the day. Join us on Thursday mornings from 8-9 AM, for brief discussion/review of meditation techniques, and a 40-45 minute, refreshing silent group meditation practice. Beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome. Our emphasis will be on effective and systematic meditation rountines from the non dual yogic tradition, that contributes to peace of mind, emotional poise, improved health, and greater awareness.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled.
