Join us for a weekend of Body and Mind Meditation.
Tibetan lama Geshe Denma will introduce practices of the Nine Breaths of Purification and Tsa Lung.

The Nine Breaths of Purification is a simple yet powerful practice for clearing our relationships to attachment, aversion and ignorance by regulating our breath and bringing awareness to the movement of the winds in the channels.

Tsa Lung, a series of channel and wind exercises, clears the five energy centers, known as chakras, as well as the central channel. The movements are easily learned, and their benefits quickly felt.

Geshe Denma is a senior teacher, born in northern Nepal. He received his geshe degree (equivalent of Ph.D.) in Menri Monastery, India in 1996.
