The Well Being Cooking Retreat

No matter your cooking skills, come have fun learning to make some of our favorite recipes straight out of our upcoming Cook Book, 'Well Being-A Keepsake Cookbook'. Not only will you get to enjoy making and tasting these healthy, elegant dishes, but there will also be plenty of time to relax and soak in the natural beauty around you.
As a bonus, each participant will receive a copy of the cookbook as part of the retreat!
We’ve officially sent the book to print and expect to have physical copies available during the retreat. If there are any delays with printing or shipping, we’ll make sure to send a copy directly to your home.

We’ll be learning to prepare some of our favorite recipes that highlight the deeply nourishing and beautifully satisfying foods Well Being is known for. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover new recipes, techniques, and ways to incorporate these delicious dishes into your daily meals.
Camille will lead the way with her decades of experience and passion for healthy, vibrant eating. Everything we create will be fresh, delicious, and gluten-free, with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
You’ll also benefit from the expertise of Barbara Guzman, Well Being's Kitchen Manager, and Patty Bottari, who will share their insights into preparing the beloved retreat meals. Come ready to cook, taste, and enjoy!
