NEW CLASS SERIES starts Tuesday October 4
10:30 am: Qigong for Optimal Health: Learn the foundations of qigong (chi kung). These simple yet powerful movements and meditations are proven beneficial for stress relief, a healthy digestion, and relief from arthritis and back pain. The class focus can be adjusted to class participants needs.
11:30 am: Tai Chi Chuan Yang 24 Form. The slow, graceful, circular movements of this ancient Chinese martial art provide low impact aerobic exercise suitable for all ages… for a lifetime of wellness. You will experience increased oxygen flow to the brain for mental clarity, cardio fitness, better balance and joint flexibility. Studies have shown that this practice can reduce the possibility of falls and reduce back and arthritis pain. This is a moving meditation that is easy enough for a beginner!
