As the seasons shift and the days grow shorter, nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and create space for rest and renewal. Join Lily Karp and Maryclaire Gilbert for an afternoon of gentle movement, music, creativity, and connection as we embrace the art of winter nesting. Together, we'll explore what it means to create a sense of warmth, comfort, and sanctuary within ourselves and in the spaces we inhabit.
We'll begin with a slow, nourishing yoga flow to reconnect with our bodies, settle our minds, and ease into the quieter rhythms of the season. Through song and shared music, we'll explore connection and expression, allowing our voices and hearts to become part of the experience. From there, we'll move into hands-on artistic exploration, drawing inspiration from nature as we create our own winter nests. Throughout the afternoon, we'll enjoy warm herbal tea, meaningful connection, and the simple joy of making something with our hands. You'll leave with a handmade creation to carry home, a renewed sense of grounding and connection, and inspiration for cultivating warmth, creativity, and intention throughout the winter months.
No previous yoga, singing, or artistic experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are,
with an open heart and a little curiosity.
The cost to attend is $45, which can be paid via Venmo or cash upon arrival.
