About Me
Coming in October for the second time to Asheville, this time to offer a workshop. Wanting to share this awakening process evolved from this lifetime's exploration in being presence, playful, not knowing, exploring the edge, in silence, in voice, in movement, as the fool: simple.
Teachers: Adyashanti, Eckhardt Tolle, Byron Katie, Craig Hamilton. Very much want to meet others and participate in sangha whilst in Asheville.
