After more than 25 years practicing Zen, then Vipassanna & Dzogchen I stepped away from the cushion and integrated what felt right in my life for many years. Then this year I came back to NonDual perspectives. I've been interested in North Carolina for sometime and I'm interested to meet some of you in this sangha.
