About Me
After 25 years in Austin, I relocated to Asheville, with Wendy, my beloved wife of 40 years. We turned over our 35 year-old business, the Pilates Center of Austin, to the capable and caring hands and hearts of our staff, and have never looked back. We wake up everyday feeling blessed to call this slice of heaven our home.
I am a lifelong woodworker, a creator and maker of wooden toys that seek to conjure wonder and delight, someone who strives for artfulness, beauty, humor and truth in everything I engage in. And, sometimes I even hit the mark.
Now on my 79th year, I have lived with the deep challenges and chronic pain of ptsd for most of my adult life, committed to live, and share, a deeply meaningful life, in the midst of the blessed, beautiful incomprehensible mystery of it all.
