Session will include guided meditations, teacher instruction about the philosophy of the practice, exercises, group discussion, and Q & A’s.
Teacher - Ronya Banks is the founder and lead teacher of Asheville Insight Meditation. She has practiced meditation since 1985, and has been teaching mindfulness meditation (also known as Vipassana or Insight Meditation) for over six years. In addition to teaching meditation to both individuals and groups, Ms. Banks also works as a spiritual guide, intuitive, and energy healer.
